All training devices and training systems from milon are designed with a personal milon smartcard with your individual fitness and training information, making their use as simple as possible for you.

Those who train with the wrong weights or sequence of movements would be better off not bothering. milon devices and training systems will only allow you to train in a SAFE range. All device settings are programmed by a milon trainer allowing you to simply concentrate on your training.

Because the miltronic strength equipment works with electronic resistance instead of weights, you can train within one movement with varying levels of demand. Especially effective with eccentric exaggeration, or training with increased resistance during the muscle extension, as well as with adaptive training methods with which the resistance is adjusted to the remaining strength reserves.
INTELLIGENT EQUIPMENT
Thanks to their chip card control, all miltronic equipment automatically adjusts to your individual body size and training plan. This totally eliminates any setting errors and undertraining or overtraining by the user.
