Holding a Certificate III in Fitness, a Certificate IV in Personal Training, and additional certifications in Pilates, Aerobics, Zumba, and Food Coaching, Lana offers a diverse and comprehensive approach to fitness. Her training programs are tailored to each client, emphasising the importance of nutrition, safety, and effective technique.
